Every effort is made to keep the fees to a minimum whilst continuing to provide a high quality education programme for our students. Fees are charged in 3 installments as shown on each family's personalised account and payable as follows:
- 1st Instalment in advance (35%)
- 2nd Instalment by 10th May 2008 (35%)
- 3rd Instalment by 16th August 2008 (30%)
A discount of $35 applies for each student if the full amount of the annual fees is paid by 1st of March 2008.
Please refer to your invoice and use the enclosed envelope for payment which can be forwarded to your child's teacher. A receipt is issued for each payment.
2008 School Fees - 1st child - Kinder $825 / $790 early payment
- 1st child - Prep $825 / $790 early payment
- 1st child - Primary $855 / $820 early payment
- 1st child - Secondary $895 / $860 early payment
- 1st child - VCE $945 / $910 early payment
New Enrolments: A $50 deposit applies to all new enrolments, per student. Family Discounts:
- 2nd Child: $200 discount
- 3rd Child: $370 (eg a family with 3 children will receive a total discount of $570)
- The 4th Child pays only an administrative fee of $40

Important Notes: - The College accepts enrolments on the basis that the student will attend the whole school year.
- In case of cancellation, refund will be issued for fees that have been paid in advance, provided:
(a) The College has been informed in writing. (b) The current school term's fees are covered. (c) The amount of $150 representing the administrative and educational expenses (included in the annual fees), is covered. - At all times it is at the College's discretion to determine the level of refund.
- If the fees have not been paid in full, the parents must meet all the above commitments as specified in a, b and c.
- If a student is absent for a period exceeding 10 consecutive weeks, a discount applies only for the period exceeding the 10 weeks.
- The College reserves the right to recoup administrative expenses from parents who fail to respond to its reminders for outstanding fees.
- The College retains the right to withhold reports as well as to cancel the enrolment of a student, if fees remain unpaid by the due date without an appropriate extension from the Accounts Department.
- A late payment fee of $30.00 is charged on all accounts which have not been paid within 30 days of the prescribed due date.
